Scanning an Event Badge

To scan an event badge:

1. Open the Scan or Capture modules.

2. Select “Badge Picture” from the menu.

3. Use the capture interface to take a picture of the event badge. If the badge has a QR code or barcode, it will be captured automatically. Otherwise, you’ll need to manually take the picture using the shutter button.

4. After scanning, review the OCR results.

5. Once you’ve checked the OCR results, tap the “Next” arrow at the top right of the screen to go to the Destination screen.

6. On the Destination screen, you can save the scan as a Salesforce Lead or Contact, or as a contact on your device.
