Destination Screen


After moving forward from the OCR Results screen, users will arrive at the 'Destination' screen. Here, users have the option to save the scan as a Salesforce Contact or Lead, add Salesforce enhancements that will be stored alongside the Salesforce Contact or Lead, or save the scan as a contact on their device.



Creating a Salesforce Lead or Contact


Note: To save as a Salesforce Lead or Contact, users need to be logged into Salesforce.

To generate a Salesforce Lead or Contact, tap either 'Save as a Lead' or 'Save as a Contact'.

  • If saving as a Lead, a popup message will confirm the successful save. Depending on your organization's duplicate rules, you might see a warning message if the Lead is detected as a duplicate.
  • When saving as a Salesforce Contact, you'll be prompted to search for the account the Contact belongs to. After selecting the account, a popup will be displayed to confirm the successful save of the Contact. Again, depending on your organization's duplicate rules, a warning message may appear if the Contact is detected as a duplicate.
