Global Enterprise OCR Settings
If you are a Business Plan customer, contact [email protected] for the quick two step process to enable Global Enterprise OCR service.
This service is designed for the Salesforce Scanning Queue for the best user experience.
If you have enabled in your business plan account at Vision-e, you can activate Global Enterprise OCR in the Scan app to process on your phone, follow these steps:
1. Open the Main Menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Choose App Settings.
4. Toggle on the Global Enterprise OCR option under the App Settings menu.
5. Once you're done, tap "Save" to confirm the change.
Global OCR will be enabled in the Scan app.
