Second Photo
2nd Photo
The '2nd Photo' enhancement allows users to include an additional photo in a scan within the Scan app. This photo will be stored in Salesforce when the scan is saved as a Salesforce Lead or Contact.
The 'Case' enhancement can be found on the 'Continue to OCR' and 'Destination' screens.
Adding a Second Photo
To add a second photo, simply tap the '2nd Photo' icon. This will open your camera so you can take the picture. Once you've taken the picture, a checkmark will appear over the '2nd Photo' icon.
Tapping on this icon will display the photo you just captured.
