Forms
The 'Forms' feature enables users to capture responses from a form with a scan in the Scan app and then attach these responses directly to a Lead or Contact record when it's saved as a Salesforce Lead or Contact.
Forms are only available for the Freedom Unlimited Plan.
The 'Forms' enhancement can be found on the 'Continue to OCR' and 'Destination' screens.
Collecting a Form Response
Once you've completed a scan, tapping on the 'Forms' icon will bring you to the 'Forms' screen. The 'Compliance Consent' form is provided as a default option, but based on your organization's Salesforce settings, there could be additional forms available.
Choose the form you want to use, record your answers, and once you're done, tap the save icon located at the top right of the screen.
Once you've recorded the answers, a checkmark will appear next to the form you've completed. To save this form, just tap the save icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Once the form is saved, you'll see a checkmark above the Forms icon, confirming that the form was successfully saved.
