Why don't I see the Send to Salesforce button after scanning a card?

Why don't I see the Send to Salesforce button?

There are two common reasons why the Send to Salesforce button will not be visible after scanning a business card is:

1) Our AppExchange package is not installed in your Salesforce Org. You must be a Salesforce Administrator or have AppExchange installation permissions to install our Salesforce Package.
2) Your user profile in Salesforce lacks an assigned Permission Set. Your Salesforce Administrator can assign Permission Sets.
