Scanning Settings Duplicate Rules
When creating a duplicate rule in 'Scanning Settings', a single duplicate rule uses the AND operator.
The OR operator is used when configuring multiple duplicate rules in 'Scanning Settings.'
Salesforce Duplicate Rules
For organizations established after Spring 2015, Salesforce includes three default standard duplicate rules for Accounts, Contacts, and Leads. Conversely, for organizations created before 2015, Salesforce does not provide standard duplicate rules by default.
