Managing Scans with the Scanning Queue

The Scanning Queue in Salesforce is where scans not processed using on-device OCR are held. Users can send scans directly to the Scanning Queue from the Scan app without using on-device Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Once in the Scanning Queue, these scans can be reviewed and easily saved as Salesforce Leads or Contacts.

Personalizing with Custom and Required Fields

Salesforce Administrators can further personalize the Scan package and application by adding custom and required fields. Providing greater flexibility in managing the information collected during each scan to better meet your organization’s data capture needs.
