Save to Outlook
The Scan app's Outlook integration enables users to save scans as contacts in Microsoft Outlook. After scanning a business card, QR code, NFC card, or event badge, users can save the scanned information as a contact in Microsoft Outlook.
Once enabled, the "Save in Outlook" option will be available on the Destination screen after viewing the on-device OCR results.
Enable Save to Outlook
To enable the Save to Outlook option:
1. Click the app launcher icon.
2. In the search bar, type “Mobile Scan Builder.”
3. Select “Mobile Scan Builder - Lightning” from the search results.
4. Go to the “Options” tab.
5. In the Destination Page section, check if the “Hide Save to MS Outlook” option is selected. If it is, deselect it.
6. Click “Save” to apply the changes.
To enable the Save to Outlook option in the Scan app, users must either refresh the app's settings or restart the app.
