The October updates introduce additional functionality, enabling users to utilize Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) forms directly within the Mobile Scan app. A new 'Forms' icon is now included in the Salesforce enhancements on both the 'Continue to OCR' screen and the final screen following the on-device OCR results. Additionally, we have added the capability for Salesforce administrators to manage the creation of duplicate records within the app using Salesforce Duplicate Rules.

Here's what you can do:

• Use external Account Engagement (Pardot) forms in-app.
• Create, delete, and edit forms in Salesforce using the 'Forms' menu.
• Activate and deactivate forms in Salesforce.
• Manage duplicates created in-app using Salesforce Duplicate Rules.
