Scanning an NFC Card Using the Capture Module

To scan an NFC card using the Capture module:

1. Tap the Capture module to open the Capture & Send menu.

2. From the Capture & Send menu, select NFC Reader from the list of options.

3. Hold your device near the NFC card when prompted.

4. After scanning the NFC card, the results will be displayed on the preview screen.

• If you scan an NFC card with a URL, you can copy the text or visit the website.
• When scanning an NFC card in vCard format, you can copy the text or open the contact details.

5. When scanning a vCard, selecting Open Contact Details will take you to the results screen, where you can review and edit the information if necessary.

6. After reviewing the information, proceed to the final screen. Here, you can include optional Salesforce enhancements before saving the scan as a Salesforce Contact or Lead. Alternatively, you can save the scan as a contact on your device.

7. Once completed, tap the Home icon to return to the home screen.
